Data Retention Periods

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active and for a legally required period thereafter. If you close your account, we retain transaction records for the period mandated by applicable Indian financial regulations, then permanently delete them.

Third-Party Sharing

We share data only with payment processors handling your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions, and with identity verification partners required for account compliance. We do not sell or rent your data to advertisers or data brokers.

Your Rights and Access

You have the right to access a copy of your personal data, correct inaccurate entries, and request deletion where no legal retention obligation applies. Submit any of these requests through the in-account Privacy form or via email to our privacy inbox.

Policy Change Notifications

We collect your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and the payment method identifiers you link — such as your UPI ID or Paytm mobile number. We do not store full card numbers or bank passwords at any point.

Payment transaction references from UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are stored in encrypted logs accessible only to our payments compliance team. No raw account credentials are held on our servers; only the tokenised reference from the payment gateway.

Yes. Log in, go to Account Settings, select Privacy and choose 'Request My Data'. We compile a structured export within 14 days and deliver it to your registered email address. The export covers profile, transaction and login history.

Once you close your account, we retain your identity and transaction records for the period required under Indian financial regulations applicable to our service. After that period expires, your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
